SOA encourages women to be “virtuous women”, as described in Proverbs 31:10-31, as they develop in the Lord.  ALEC builds up spiritually strong women by promoting fellowship,discipleship, and accountability. We want to encourage them to be all that they can be and hope they will respond to the call with a willing heart and determination to endure until the end.
